Job Description:
The Systems Analyst II job is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Corporate Functions applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, documenting and analyzing requirements, documenting and maintaining business processes, and working closely with systems analysts and business partners to implement changes and resolutions. The Systems Analyst II is responsible for resolving business issues of medium complexity. They have developed skills for analyzing and resolving business problems with technology, with an emphasis on business processes and requirements.
The focus of the Systems Analyst II is to understand all Oracle EBS modules and Corporate Functions Applications while supporting our business users and their related business processes. They interpret and gather business requirements and document the processes and requirements. They have developed their knowledge of the applications they support to ask business users the questions necessary to fully understand what the business and users need.

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent education/experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
(Knowledge skills and abilities typically required to perform the job, licenses and certifications required for the job and preferred knowledge, skills and abilities that are also beneficial to have in this job.)
• 2-4 years of experience in ERP System / Application Support.
• Strong analytical skills with strong business sense.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility, adaptability and an eager self-starter.
• Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment with varying levels.
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Ability to work with development and technical resources to understand current system technical design and functionality.
• Intermediate level understanding of accounting and finance terminology and practices.
• Intermediate level SQL skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
Preferred
• Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (AP, GL, FA, AR, PA, PO, AR, iProcurement, iExpense, etc.) support experience, release 12.
• Developing Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
