Job Description:
As a Senior Epicor Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, providing technical expertise, leadership, and guidance to our team of consultants. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Epicor ERP system while also mentoring and leading junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
● Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP to architect, develop, and implement complex solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
● Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Epicor solutions.
● Customization: Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations within the Epicor framework.
● Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and configurations.
● Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of all technical deliverables, conducting testing and validation as needed.
● Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience as an Epicor Technical Consultant, with at least 4 years of hands-on
experience.
● Expertise in Epicor ERP software, including customization, configurations, and integrations.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and .NET.
● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients.
● Epicor certification (preferred).
