Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide insights into our organization’s data.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain data models, data cubes, and data visualization dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
● Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data analysis needs.
● Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval and manipulation.
● Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
● Implement data quality and data governance best practices to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BI solutions, including performance tuning and optimization.
● Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence development.
● Proficiency in strong SQL programming and database concepts.
● Experience with ETL tools and processes.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
● Certification in relevant BI technologies.
● Experience with cloud-based BI platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
● Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
● Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning and predictive modeling.
